www.dwservice.net/en/home.html

This is just a basic setup instructions using only the browser. No install required.

So first go to their website and create an account. Make sure to use an email account that you can access because they will send you an activation code. This will also be your account log in user name.

Once you have your account set up you need to download the “dwagent.exe” on the computer that you want to control. Before you can downlaod you have to check "I have read the Privacy Policy". And then "Download"

I'm going to connect and control my CyberPOwerPC desktop from my Asus. Both currently running Windows 10.

I downloaded the “dwagant.exe” to my CyberPowerPC Desktop. Started up the dwagent on my CyberPowerPC. Accept any security prompts and then in the DWAgent window click on “Run”. Then "Next".

You now have a screen with a user number and password.

So I go to the DWS website and login using the user number and password from the computer that I want to control. Check the “I have read the Privacy Policy”. And then click on the “Sign In” button. You'll also be asked to confirm that your computer is a "trusted device". (first log in and optional)

You may get some notifications that you can read and/or close. The client computer (CyberPOwerPC) will get a popup to allow you to I accept or Reject the remote control session.

Now on your main computer click on the "Screen" icon. You should now be seeing and have the ability to control your remote computer.

You or your clients can end the session by clicking on the "Close" button on the "DWAgent window". Or on your screen log out.

Basic setup. No install required.
